Meet Isadora

Isadora is ADAPTIVE- makes shifts in the moment to ensure pressing needs are met; TRANSPARENT- makes communication top priority; REFLECTIVE- believes in ongoing assessment of learnings and experiences. These principles guide her work to move social innovation into transformational, sustainable change within people and organizations.
Isadora is an experienced project developer, curriculum designer and facilitator of systems redesign. As an independent consultant, her work seeks to drive social innovation through a lens of equity, and inclusion. She is experienced in working with nonprofit and public entities, leaders and changemakers to create change at the individual, interpersonal and institutional level. Isadora is passionate about, and seeks work that centers the narrative of marginalized individuals and communities. Isadora holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Metropolitan State University in St Paul, Minnesota and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing and Professional Studies. Isadora is an avid traveler, photography enthusiast, dedicated daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. |
